1. Agreement to these terms

The site operator of BestCarServiceGuide.com is Best Car Service Guide (“Best Car Service Guide,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, including the Get Matched quiz, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. What this site does

We publish rankings and information about car, limo, and chauffeur services in selected U.S. cities, and we offer a Get Matched quiz that suggests a company for your trip and passes your request along so a provider can contact you. We don’t show provider pricing or phone numbers. We are an information and referral service. We don’t sell, book, or operate the trips listed here.

3. How rankings work, and how we make money

Rankings are produced with AI-assisted research of public and official sources and scored automatically against the criteria published on our Methodology page. They’re refreshed monthly. No company can pay to be listed or ranked, and the same criteria apply to every company. We may earn money when a trip referred through Get Matched is booked. See How we make money.

4. Information is provided “as is”

We work to keep information accurate and current, but records change and automated research can make mistakes. All content, rankings, scores, and matches are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. A ranking or match is not a guarantee of any company’s safety, licensing, insurance, availability, quality, or price.

5. Verify before you book

Before booking, you are responsible for confirming directly with the provider its licensing and permits, insurance, vehicle, pricing, fees, cancellation policy, and other terms. Any booking is an agreement between you and the provider.

6. We are not a transportation carrier

Best Car Service Guide is not a transportation carrier and does not provide transportation. Listed and matched providers are separate businesses. They aren’t our employees or agents, and we don’t control their vehicles, drivers, services, or conduct.

7. Get Matched requests and referrals

When you submit a Get Matched request, you give us your contact details (name and phone and/or email) and trip details. Your request is received by Best Car Service Guide. By submitting, you agree that we may share your request with the company you were matched with, or with another listed or partner provider that can serve your trip, so they can contact you about it. That company may then contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. A match is a suggestion, not a confirmed booking, and we can’t guarantee that any provider will respond, be available, or accept your trip. Please only submit information that is accurate and that you have the right to share.

8. Privacy: what Get Matched collects and who receives it

• What we collect: the city, trip type, number of passengers, date and time, pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle preference, priorities, any notes you add, and your name, phone number, and/or email. We also record that you agreed to have your request shared.
• Who receives it: your request is received by Best Car Service Guide, by email through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service. We share it with the company you were matched with, or another listed or partner provider that can serve your trip, so they can contact you. If automatic sending fails, you can choose to email the request yourself.
• Address suggestions: as you type a pickup or drop-off address, the text is sent to Photon (photon.komoot.io), which uses OpenStreetMap data, to suggest matching addresses.
• How we use it: to match you, pass your request to a provider, and follow up about that request.
• Your choices: to ask what we have, correct it, or have it deleted, email zhiecos@gmail.com.

FormSubmit, Photon, and the providers who receive your request handle information under their own privacy policies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Car Service Guide and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury, or damage arising from transportation or other services provided by any third-party provider, or from your use of or reliance on this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to $100. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Links to other websites

This site links to third-party websites, including provider websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Links to company websites are marked “nofollow” and are not endorsements.

11. Trademarks

Company names, logos, and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those companies. Their appearance doesn’t mean the company endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with us. If you own a mark and have a concern, contact us. The Best Car Service Guide name, logo, and original content belong to us.

12. Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• submit false, fraudulent, or someone else’s information;
• use the site for spam or unlawful purposes;
• scrape, copy, or republish our rankings or content in bulk without permission;
• interfere with the site or try to gain unauthorized access to it; or
• misrepresent a ranking, a score, or an affiliation with us.

13. Changes

We may update the site, rankings, and these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date will change. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
