Get verified
Send your state permit, city license and certificate of insurance. We check each one with the issuer and mark it Verified.
Get referrals
Travelers who use Get matched can be referred to partners who fit their trip, on simple referral terms.
Verification
What we check
State registration
Active business entity with the Secretary of State.
State and city permits
Charter or limousine permits (for example CPUC TCP or WA UTC) and city for-hire licenses.
Federal authority
USDOT number and operating status on FMCSA SAFER, where it applies.
Insurance
Commercial auto liability on file with the regulator, or a current certificate we confirm with the insurer.
Airport permits
Airport ground transportation permits, where the airport publishes them or you send proof.
Anything we can't confirm
Shows as "Pending verification". It's never guessed.
Verified Partner program
Show travelers your paperwork is in order
Verified Partners get a gold badge on their listing showing their license and insurance documents were checked by us. We re-check every 12 months, and the badge comes off if a document lapses.
Verified Partner- The badge does not affect rankings. Scores use the same public criteria for every company, partner or not.
- Documents we can check with the issuer count toward your verification score, the same as for any company.
- Badges are only shown to companies we've already ranked or are reviewing in that city.
- Any paid placement is labeled "Sponsored" and kept apart from the ranked list.

Can I pay to rank higher?
No. Rankings use the same published criteria for every company. Partner status and sponsorship never change scores or order.
How do I get my company added to a city?
Apply with the form above. If you're licensed in a city we cover, we'll review you with the same checks as everyone else.
Something on my listing is wrong. How do I fix it?
Send the correction with a link to the official record. We check it and update the page, usually within a week.
What does the Verified Partner badge mean?
It means you sent us your license and insurance documents and we confirmed them with the issuers. It does not affect your ranking.
